Private Wealth Advisory
We advise private clients and families on strategies to preserve, grow and transfer wealth over time. Our work is centred on long-term relationships, informed decision-making and coordinated advice across taxation, superannuation, SMSF, investment strategy, retirement and inter-generational wealth planning.
Investment Strategy Advice
We provide investment strategy advice to help clients consider diversification, risk, cash flow, taxation, retirement funding and long-term financial objectives. We do not hold client funds, operate client accounts, execute client transactions or manage client money or property. Clients retain control of their own accounts, investments and implementation decisions.
SMSF, Superannuation and Retirement Advice
As financial advisers, registered SMSF auditors and tax professionals, we provide SMSF, superannuation and retirement strategy advice, SMSF taxation compliance and SMSF audit services. We do not establish SMSFs, prepare SMSF trust deeds, appoint trustees, register SMSFs or implement SMSF legal documentation.
Tax and Wealth Structuring Considerations
We provide advice on tax, asset protection, succession and wealth planning considerations, including where private structures may be relevant. We do not establish, restructure or administer companies, trusts, SMSFs or other legal arrangements. Where implementation or legal documentation is required, clients are referred to their appointed solicitor or appropriately authorised professional.
Estate and Legacy Planning Advice
We provide strategic advice on estate, legacy and philanthropic giving considerations. Legal documents, estate implementation, trust deeds and related legal arrangements are prepared by the client's solicitor.
Working with Your Existing Advisers
We regularly work alongside clients' solicitors, investment providers and other authorised specialists to ensure advice is coordinated and practical. Where legal documentation, entity establishment, restructuring or transaction implementation is required, those matters are handled by the client's appointed legal or appropriately authorised adviser.
